Out Cold is one of today's longest-running and most accomplished hardcore bands. Since
their formation in 1989 they have released 6 albums & numerous EPs, and have toured
Japan & Europe several times. The biggest trick of all, however, is that through the
many years & line-up changes, the band has kept it's commitment to early-'80s-style
hardcore & has successfully avoided veering off into other styles of music. However,
having formed in the "no man's land" before the current hardcore revival and
after the original movement, they have seemingly fallen through the cracks of the public's
awareness. Indeed, they have even been called "hardcore's best-kept secret".
Let's hope that soon changes.
